By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Tattoo Services
- All clients must be 18+ (valid ID required).
- Clients under 18 require written parental/guardian consent.
- You must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before the session.
2. Booking & Payments
- Appointments require an advance deposit (non-refundable).
- Final tattoo price depends on size, complexity, and time.
- Balance payment is due at the studio on the same day of the tattoo session.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling allowed if informed at least 48 hours before appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Health & Safety
- Colour Core follows sterile equipment protocols (single-use needles, medical-grade hygiene).
- Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions.
- We are not liable for infections, allergic reactions, or complications if aftercare is not followed.
5. Design & Copyright
- All tattoo designs created at Colour Core are the intellectual property of the artist.
- Custom designs are for personal use only and cannot be replicated elsewhere without permission.
- We may share your tattoo photos (with your consent) on our website/social media.
6. Products (Paintings & Jewellery)
- All sales are final unless products arrive damaged.
- Custom artwork/jewellery is non-refundable once commissioned.
7. Limitation of Liability
Colour Core Tattoos is not responsible for:
- Pain tolerance, healing variations, or client negligence.
- Reactions caused by undisclosed medical issues.
- External factors (sun, skincare products, lifestyle) affecting tattoo longevity.
8. Website Use
- All website content (text, images, designs) is protected by copyright.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
